Clive Hyland has worked in a variety of roles in the business sector since 1980. Clive began their career as an HR Director at Thorn EMI Computer Software, followed by a role as COO at Ericsson. In 1999, they were a Change Programme Manager at LIFFE Trading Exchange, then moved on to become CEO of Pink Roccade in 2000. In 2005, they were a Director at Hunter Kane, then moved on to become the Owner of Hyland Performance Coaching in 2006. In 2007, they became Chairman & CEO of Think Feel Know UK, then Owner of Make Sense Ltd in 2015. Finally, they are currently Head of Neuroscience at The Happiness Index since 2016.
Clive Hyland attended the University of Warwick from 1972 to 1975, where they obtained a degree in Sociology.
