Ashley Phillips

Ashley Phillips is an accomplished executive in the commercial real estate industry with over 25 years of experience. Currently serving as Executive Vice President at The Hardman Group Limited since May 2021, Ashley previously held the position of Senior Vice President, Sales and Leasing at Colliers International from October 2019 to May 2021. Notable roles also include VP Portfolio Management for the Eastern Region at Dream Industrial REIT, where Ashley effectively reduced vacancy rates in a significant portfolio, and Owner/Partner of Ridgeback Contracting Ltd. and Southview Millwork Ltd., achieving substantial renovations and client contracts. At CANMARC REIT, Ashley was instrumental in expanding the asset base and securing funding during the Initial Public Offering. Starting as Property Manager at Homburg Canada Inc., roles progressed to VP Operations and ultimately President and COO, leading to the formation of CANMARC REIT.
