Rajesh Shah

Rajesh Shah is a seasoned investment professional currently serving as Chief Investment Officer at The Hardy Group since August 2022. Prior to this role, Rajesh founded The Diwan Group, a privately held real estate investment company specializing in the Senior Living industry, and served from January 2014 to March 2023. Earlier experience includes positions as Managing Director at Pinnacle Real Estate Partners, LLC (April 2004 - January 2015), Director at Crusader Investments, LLC (May 2002 - March 2004), and Vice President of Strategic Investments at Noble Investment Group, LLC (June 1999 - April 2002). Rajesh holds a Master's degree in Management, Hospitality from Cornell University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
