Jonathan Ntheketha

Jonathan Ntheketha serves as the DEI Director and DEI Educator at Harley School since August 2021, bringing extensive experience in higher education. Prior roles at Rochester Institute of Technology included Associate Director for Student Success and Engagement at the Multicultural Center for Academic Success, where responsibilities encompassed developing programs to support underrepresented students and overseeing multiple initiatives like the MCAS Advocates Program. Earlier positions also included Senior Assistant Director, First Year Initiatives and Summer Bridge Program, and various roles focused on student engagement and success. Initial experience was gained as STEP Program Coordinator at Hofstra University and as Admissions Counselor at St. Lawrence University. Jonathan Ntheketha holds a Bachelor of Arts from St. Lawrence University and is pursuing a Master’s Degree at Rochester Institute of Technology.
