Tyson Bauer

Tyson Bauer is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives, currently serving as the Director of DEI Employee Led Initiatives at Suntory Global Spirits since December 2021. Prior experience at Humana spans over a decade, where roles included Inclusion & Diversity Leader, Consumer Experience Senior Consultant, and Integration Lead, among others. Notable achievements include leading a six-sigma team to enhance consumer experience processes and driving significant cost savings through innovative solutions. Tyson Bauer holds an MBA in International Business, Quantitative Analysis, and Supply Chain Management from Carnegie Mellon University and a BS in Psychology from the University of Utah.
