Erica Young

Erica Young has over six years of experience in the mental health and support services field, currently serving as a Case Manager at The Harris Center for Mental Health and IDD since May 2018. Prior to this role, Erica was a Drug Testing Support Coordinator at DISA Global Solutions, Inc. from January 2017 to May 2018 and worked as a Records Specialist at Canon Business Process Services from October 2013 to December 2015. Erica holds a Master of Education in Marriage and Family Therapy/Counseling from Lamar University, completed in December 2020, and a Bachelor's degree in Human Services from the University of Phoenix, earned in 2018. Education was initiated at Phyllis Wheatley, where studies were completed from 1997 to 2001.
