Luc Josaphat

Luc Josaphat, MPA, CPHQ has a strong background in quality assurance and performance improvement in the healthcare industry. Luc is currently working as the Director of Quality Assurance at The Harris Center for Mental Health and IDD. In addition, they operate their own consulting firm, Josaphat Consulting Group LLC, where they specialize in strategic planning, program development, and accreditation services for not-for-profit organizations. Prior to their current roles, Luc has held various leadership positions at Morris Heights Health Center, BOOM!Health, Harlem United, Housing Works, CUNY New York City College of Technology, and The Brooklyn Hospital Center. Luc has extensive experience in managing care coordination programs and implementing culturally appropriate initiatives.

Luc Josaphat, MPA, CPHQ completed their education history with a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree in Non-Profit Management from Baruch College in 2011-2012. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English Literature from Medgar Evers College, CUNY from 2008-2011. Additionally, Luc Josaphat holds a certification as a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality from the National Association for Healthcare Quality.
