Shari Mallet

Shari Mallet, MPA, currently serves as the Talent Acquisition Manager at The Harris Center for Mental Health and IDD, where Shari oversees a team of Talent Acquisition Partners and ensures a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Previously, Shari held the position of Senior Human Resources Business Partner for the City of Pearland, Texas, managing HR Coordinators and supporting various city departments. Shari's extensive experience includes roles as Talent Acquisition Lead at the City of Dallas, Short Term Disability Claims Manager at CIGNA, and HR Generalist at the Governor's Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness. Shari's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Southern University and A&M College.
