Tichina Rhodes

Tichina Rhodes has a diverse work experience in the social services field. Tichina is currently working at The Harris Center for Mental Health and IDD as a Lead Generation Specialist and Integrated Care Coordinator. In this role, they conduct outbound outreach efforts, educates prospective clients about available services, and qualifies leads for the Health Home program. Prior to their current position, Tichina worked at SEARCH Homeless Services as a Client Case Manager, where they managed a caseload of clients, sourced and cultivated relationships with landlords, and provided consistent support in helping clients achieve their goals. Tichina also has experience as a Case Manager and Client Communications at Covenant House Pennsylvania, where they managed a diverse caseload of clients, conducted intake processes, and assisted in the development of housing retention strategies. Additionally, Tichina worked at Care Lync as a Service Coordinator, where they developed and implemented a person-centered program for clients and collaborated with internal and external stakeholders for successful outcomes. Tichina also has experience as a Student Athlete at Penn State University.

Tichina Rhodes earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Rehabilitation Human Services from Penn State University in 2017. Currently, they are pursuing a Master's degree in Social Work at the University of Houston, with an expected completion in 2023.
