Ben Kreczko

Ben Kreczko has over a decade of experience at The Hartford, having held various positions since July 2012, including AVP of Sales Strategy & Execution and Director of Sales Strategy and Execution. In these roles, Ben delivered comprehensive income statement and business analysis for the Large Commercial segment, developed the annual budget, and maintained business outlooks. Initially part of The Hartford's rigorous Financial Leadership Development Program, Ben gained extensive analytical and leadership skills through multiple rotational assignments. Prior internship experiences include time as an intern in the Financial Leadership Development Program and in business strategy with Specialty Risk Services. Ben holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from Providence College, completed in 2012.
