Ben Nissim

Ben Nissim currently serves as Managing Assistant General Counsel at The Hartford, a position held since May 2021, following their role as Senior Counsel. Prior to that, Ben worked as an Associate at Murtha Cullina LLP from February 2019 to May 2021, where representation focused on complex commercial disputes involving contracts, business torts, and professional malpractice. Ben's earlier experience includes serving as an Associate in Commercial Litigation at Day Pitney LLP from September 2013 to February 2019, representing clients in insurance and reinsurance disputes. Additionally, Ben interned for Magistrate Judge William I. Garfinkel at the United States District Court in 2011 and worked as a Philanthropy Assistant at The Nature Conservancy from 2008 to 2010. Ben holds a Juris Doctor degree from Notre Dame Law School and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government from Wesleyan University.
