Bill Hartley

Bill Hartley has extensive experience in data science and business leadership, currently serving as the CEO of The Verb is Herb since January 2018. Prior to this role, Bill held the position of Assistant Director of Data Science at The Hartford, where responsibilities included direct marketing analytics and system work. Bill's previous experience encompasses senior consulting at Response Insurance, competitive intelligence leadership at CIGNA Healthcare, and a senior valuation specialist role at Aetna, where expertise in actuarial reserving and cash flow projections was demonstrated. Bill holds an M.B.A. in Finance from Rensselaer Hartford Graduate Center, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Mathematics from Central Connecticut State University.
