Bradley Davidson

Bradley Davidson, PhD, PCC, serves as the Director of Executive Coaching and Development at The Hartford, a position held since October 2002, where leadership of a team providing consultation and support to organizational leaders and employees is emphasized. Previous experience includes roles as Director of Employee Relations and Director of Human Resources at The Hartford, and Senior Human Resources Manager at AOL, overseeing HR operations for a large workforce. Additionally, Bradley served as Vice-President of the Oklahoma City Human Resources Society and was a founding board member of the Oklahoma City Call Center Consortium. Educational background includes a Ph.D. in Leadership Studies from Johnson University, various certificates in coaching and mediation, and a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Kansas State University, among others.
