Dave Gouker

Dave Gouker has extensive experience in risk engineering, particularly in property and inland marine sectors. Currently serving as Sr Managing Director at The Hartford since May 2015, Dave has also held positions such as Director of Property and Marine and Technical Property Specialist within the same company. Prior to The Hartford, Dave worked with Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance Group as Sr. Property Risk Engineer and held roles at Travelers Insurance, Atlantic Mutual Companies, Royal & Sun Alliance, EBI, and Northbrook, accruing a diverse background in risk control and property specialization. Dave holds a BS in Occupational Safety from Millersville University and additional educational credentials from Oklahoma State University.
