Gina Gonzalez

Gina Gonzalez is an experienced Agile professional currently serving as a Senior Scrum Master at The Hartford since March 2023, where key performance metrics (KPIs) have been defined for managing delivery and benefits realization. Previously, as a Program Manager at Salesforce from March 2022 to January 2023, Gina supervised an Agile Release Train (ART) of eight teams and coached various stakeholders on agile principles. At USAA, from January 2015 to March 2022, Gina held two roles: as Release Train Engineer (RTE), supervising an ART of twelve teams and training scrum masters and product owners, and as a Scrum Master, focusing on KPIs and task assignments. Earlier experience includes a Business Intelligence internship at USAA and a Customer Relations Representative role at Pier 1 Imports. Gina holds a Master of Business Administration from Texas A&M University-Commerce and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from The University of Texas at Arlington.
