Jeffory MacLaren

Jeffory MacLaren is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Agile methodologies and business analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Scrum Master at The Hartford since March 2019, Jeffory leads the Underwriting Modernization Project, enhancing data consumption and pricing capabilities, while introducing a Product Council to improve program backlog quality. Previously, Jeffory was a Senior Business Systems Analyst/Product Owner at Travelers, where responsibilities included overseeing the implementation of enterprise chat capabilities. At Cigna, Jeffory acted as Lead Analyst for a significant healthcare pricing project.
