Jennifer Greco has extensive experience in employee relations and human resources, serving in various roles at The Hartford since March 2001. Currently, as an Employee Relations Consultant, Jennifer provides recommendations on progressive discipline and consults on compliance with company policies and employment laws. Previous positions include Employee Relations Specialist, Business Consultant for Employee Experience/HR Operations, and HR Vendor Manager, among others, where responsibilities ranged from case management and policy interpretation to recruitment strategies and onboarding programs. Jennifer's early career includes roles as an HR Assistant at Blum Shapiro and HR Agent at The Hartford, contributing to a strong foundation in HR practices. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Eastern Connecticut State University.
