Leah Aldrich

Leah Aldrich is an accomplished marketing and analytics professional with over a decade of experience in the insurance industry. Currently serving as the Director of Marketing Operations at The Hartford since June 2016, Leah has previously held several positions within the company, including Assistant Director of Marketing Operations and Senior Product Analyst. Prior to The Hartford, Leah worked at Travelers from January 2013 to May 2016, occupying roles such as Senior Market Analyst and Market Analyst. Leah's career began at ING, where expertise was developed as an Actuarial Assistant and Actuarial Intern. Leah holds a Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science with a minor in Business Administration from Bryant University, earned in 2011, along with certification in SAS.
