Michael Piepmeier

Michael Piepmeier is the Director of Software Engineering and Production Support Delivery Lead at The Hartford. Michael manages highly complex Guidewire implementation with multiple integrated systems and thousands of concurrent users. Michael also serves as PolicyCenter Tech Lead and Application Manager for the Workers Comp line of business. Prior to working at The Hartford, Michael held roles at MiddleOak and State Auto Insurance as a Configuration Lead Developer, overseeing various aspects of Guidewire applications. Additionally, Michael worked as an Independent Software Developer at Stallion Companies, and previously served as the IT Manager at The Patrons Group. Michael graduated with a BA in History from the University of Connecticut.
