Michelle Deitchman

Michelle Deitchman is an accomplished HR executive with extensive experience at The Hartford, where roles have included Senior Vice President and Head of Property & Casualty HR, as well as leadership positions in claims, operations, and workforce analytics. With a solid foundation in employee experience and digital transformation, Michelle has contributed significantly to strategic planning and data governance. Prior experience includes teaching various subjects at the University of Phoenix and holding managerial roles at Pratt & Whitney focused on operational excellence and quality management. Michelle holds multiple degrees, including an MBA from RPI Lally School of Management, an MS in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from Springfield College, and a BA in International Business & Management from Dickinson College. Additionally, Michelle has earned a Six Sigma Black Belt in Quality Systems Management from The National Graduate School of Quality Management.
