Milton Jackson

Milton Jackson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in user experience design, digital fundraising, and organizational leadership. Currently serving as the 2nd Vice President and member of the board for Jamaican American Connection, Milton also holds the position of Director, Digital Fundraising at The Hartford and co-chairs the Black Insurance Professional Network. Previous roles include leadership positions at Bank of America, where Milton led the Experience Design organization, and The Hartford, focusing on user experience strategy and digital design across multiple lines of business. As the founder of PicSpotr, Milton managed all operational aspects until its acquisition by CloudSpot. Milton's educational background includes a Master of Technology in Technology Entrepreneurship from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Social Sciences from Eastern Connecticut State University.
