Orus Coffield

Orus Coffield is an experienced professional in small commercial product management and sales analytics, currently serving as AVP - Region Lead at The Hartford since November 2015, where responsibilities include overseeing product management. Prior to this, Orus held the position of Director of Small Commercial Product Management at The Hartford and spent nearly eight years at Travelers Insurance as Regional Sales Analytics Director and Market Director, focusing on sales strategies and pricing initiatives for a significant agency distribution network. Earlier experience includes serving as a Captain in the United States Air Force from 2002 to 2007, leading teams in communications support for military operations. Orus holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and an MA in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University.
