Sara Croley

Sara Croley is an experienced insurance professional with a diverse background in leadership and claims management. Currently serving as a Leadership Experience Acceleration Program Consultant at The Hartford since March 2015, Sara has participated in a two-year rotational leadership program aimed at developing a comprehensive understanding of various business areas. Prior to this role, Sara held positions including Performance Execution Lead, Team Lead, and Subrogation Claims Adjuster. At Western & Southern Financial Group, Sara worked as a Financial Representative for a brief period. Sara's career in the insurance industry began at Florida Insurance Specialists, where roles included Agent and Auto Team Lead over a ten-year span, and earlier experience includes working as a CSR/Sales representative at GEICO.
