Tom Skypek

Tom Skypek is an experienced professional in strategy and execution, currently serving as Assistant Vice President at The Hartford since April 2014, with a focus on the Personal Lines business unit. Before this role, Tom led the Small Commercial business unit. As Co-Founder and CEO of GovBizConnect from February 2015 to February 2018, Tom successfully transitioned the company from concept to a revenue-generating business while building a strong executive team. Tom's earlier experience includes leading consulting teams at Booz Allen Hamilton, engaging in strategic planning at SAIC, and contributing as a Nuclear Scholar at the Center for Strategic and International Studies. Tom holds a Master's degree in Defense and Strategic Studies from Missouri State University and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Western New England University.
