Brent J. Smith

Brent J. Smith is an accomplished entrepreneur and leader currently serving as the Founder of Keel and Gradient, as well as a Staff Writer for The Harvard Lampoon. In addition, Brent is the Director of the AI Group at the Harvard Computer Society, where efforts focus on educating students about AI product development. As Deputy Chair of the Fellows & Study Groups Program at the Institute of Politics at the Harvard Kennedy School, Brent oversees the largest competitive political organization at Harvard. Brent's previous roles include Senior Course Assistant at Harvard University, Product Management Intern at Axon, and founder of FBA News, where a focus on balancing news quality and engagement was initiated. Brent J. Smith is pursuing an A.B. in Tech Science & Government at Harvard University, expected to graduate in 2025.
