Alex De Martini is a seasoned professional in the construction and project management industry, currently serving as Vice President and Division Leader for Consumer Products at The Haskell Company since October 2023. Previously, Alex held multiple leadership roles at Clayco from February 2016 to October 2023, including Vice President of the Industrial Business Unit and Project Executive, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing design-build teams and ensuring project success from both the company and client's perspectives. Prior to that, Alex was a Business Development Manager at Gray Construction from March 2012 to January 2016, focusing on strategic sales initiatives and fostering professional relationships. Alex’s career includes experience as a Senior Project Manager at The Conlan Company and as International Director of Business Development at The Stellar Group. Academic credentials include a Master in Building Construction and a Bachelor of Design in Architecture from the University of Florida.
