Carlos J. Ayala-Diaz

Carlos J. Ayala-Diaz is a seasoned professional in project management and operations with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as Sr. Project Director for Planning & Development at The Haskell Company since May 2023, Carlos has previously held key leadership roles including VP of Global Operations & Project Delivery at ECT2 and Director of Project Development at The Haskell Company. With a foundational background as Sr. Principal at Woodard & Curran and Technical Services Manager at Nestle Waters, Carlos also brings comprehensive expertise from earlier positions at Pfizer and Pepsi-Cola Puerto Rico Bottling Company. Carlos holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Universidad de Puerto Rico, earned between 1990 and 1995.
