Doug Lee

Doug Lee, PMP, currently serves as Director of Project Development at The Haskell Company since July 2021. Prior to this role, Doug held various leadership positions at Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. from January 2018 to April 2021, where responsibilities included leading the Project Management Office for Operations Development & Engineering, overseeing 27 factories, and developing cross-functional teams for project execution. Doug has been recognized as the Project Manager of the Year in 2018 by the Project Management Institute. Doug's experience also includes roles at Dr Pepper Snapple Group focused on capital program allocation and SAP integration, as well as a background in filling and packaging engineering at Campbell Soup Company and process engineering at The Dial Corporation. Doug holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University.
