Ken Duncan

Ken Duncan has extensive experience in project management and development, currently serving as the Director of Project Development at The Haskell Company since 2001, where responsibilities include overseeing government proposals and projects in the Civil/Government Facilities delivery group. Prior to this role, Ken Duncan was a Construction Administrator at Artech Design Group from 1994 to 2001, managing contractors and ensuring adherence to design documents as the Owner's representative. Beginning a career in construction as a Project Manager at Batson-Cook Construction from 1983 to 1993, Ken Duncan gained valuable field and office experience on various commercial and government projects, covering areas such as estimating, scheduling, and subcontractor management. Ken Duncan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering with a Structural Emphasis from Tennessee Technological University, earned between 1981 and 1984.
