Richard Gomez

Richard Gomez, MBA, PE, currently serves as Director - Project Executive at The Haskell Company since May 2024. Previously, Richard held the position of Vice President of Business Development at PLW Waterworks, where responsibilities included overseeing work acquisition, project engineering, and strategic partnerships. Richard also managed a significant region worth over $200 million as South Texas Regional Manager. At Brown and Caldwell, Richard led integrated water treatment projects exceeding $90 million as IPD Delivery Leader. Additionally, Richard has extensive experience at CDM Smith managing over $400 million in collaborative delivery projects and at Filanc Construction Co., Inc. overseeing design-build water infrastructure projects. Early in the career, Richard contributed as an Engineering Technician/Intern at Artic Slope Regional Corporation, producing CAD drawings for major clients. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA from Northwestern University, a Master of Science in Construction Management from Louisiana State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from California State University, Chico.
