Emily Sanders

Emily Sanders currently serves as the Executive Director of the Engineering Information Foundation, focusing on day-to-day management, financial oversight, and strategic initiatives to enhance female participation in engineering and communication skills among engineers. Additionally, Emily manages grant activities at The Hastings Center, ensuring effective collaboration and deliverable achievement on projects related to social and ethical issues in healthcare and technology. Prior experience includes leadership roles at the Project Management Institute and Madison Area Technical College, where Emily advanced strategic initiatives, secured significant grant revenue, and improved student experiences. Earlier positions involved community care management at the Group Health Cooperative of South Central Wisconsin and coordinating community service grants for the State of Wisconsin. Emily holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work and a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
