Julie Chibbaro

Julie Chibbaro is an accomplished managing editor at The Hastings Center, focusing on Ethics & Human Research, while also serving as a staff editor for the Hastings Center Report and Digital Manager since April 2019. As an author, Julie Chibbaro writes young adult fiction for Penguin Group USA and Scholastic, as well as historical fiction for Simon & Schuster. Julie Chibbaro founded the Get Lit Beacon Literary Salon and has taught creative writing and fiction workshops at Gotham Writers Workshop. With prior experience as a writer, editor, and teacher, Julie Chibbaro has also worked as a content marketing specialist and visiting faculty at the Highlights Foundation. Julie Chibbaro is a graduate of Hunter College.
