Mathew Jennissen is an experienced professional currently serving as a Senior Recruiter at The Hatch Group since October 2022, after a prior role at Concord as a Senior Technical Recruiter from August 2019 to October 2022. In addition to recruiting, Mathew is the Owner and Real Estate Investor at New Birgelen LLC, acquiring and leasing residential properties in Duluth, Minnesota. Mathew has a strong background in military service, holding the position of MSgt in the US Air Force Reserve, managing Airman and Family Readiness Office operations since March 2016, and has previously served as a Unit Training Manager. Mathew's career also includes technical recruiting positions at Ambient Consulting, Randstad, and VERUM Staffing, as well as experience as a Fuel Systems Technician in the Minnesota National Guard. Mathew holds a Bachelor of Applied Arts from the University of Minnesota Duluth and multiple associate degrees from the Community College of the Air Force and has contributed to educational support as an assistant wrestling coach at local high schools.
