Alex Hughes

Alex Hughes has a strong background in investment, operations, and customer relations, currently serving as an Investment Officer at The Haverford Trust Company since May 2019, following roles as a Shared Services Specialist and Operations Intern at the same company. Previous experience includes an Accounting Intern position at Elliott-Lewis Corporation and a Sales Associate position at Fastenal Company. Early career roles at The Union League of Philadelphia involved full-time work in Membership and guest relations, as well as a comprehensive summer internship across various departments. Alex began a professional journey as a Festival Liaison at Philly Pretzel Factory. Alex holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Temple University, completed in June 2020, and graduated from LaSalle College High School in 2016.
