Elizabeth Brooks

Elizabeth Brooks is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Chief Human Resources Officer at The HC Companies since July 2024, Elizabeth previously held the position of VP of Talent and HR Systems at SOTERA HEALTH LLC from November 2021 to July 2024. Elizabeth has also contributed to the Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District as Director of Human Resources and co-founded Nimble Services LLC. Additional experience includes directorship roles at Swagelok and Precision Castparts, alongside several significant HR management positions during a decade at Eaton. Elizabeth holds an MBA in Business Management from the University of Florida and completed Executive Education in the Women's Senior Leadership Program at Northwestern University. A Bachelor of Business Administration in Information Systems Management and Professional Sales was earned from The University of Toledo.
