Laura Jansen

Laura Jansen, MBA, PMP, is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in healthcare and hospitality. Currently serving as the Director of Activation Service Line at The HCI Group since June 2015, Laura has successfully managed numerous projects for various healthcare organizations, including UNC Wayne and Nash, LCMC West Jefferson, and Jupiter Medical Center since taking on a project management role. Prior to this, Laura held project management positions at BJC HealthCare and served as a Super User Program Manager, as well as project coordinator roles for multiple hospitals and health systems. Earlier experience includes a Guest Service Supervisor role at Holiday Inn Express, where responsibilities included issue tracking and social media management. Laura holds an MBA from the University of West Florida and a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from the same institution.
