Brian Mingia

Brian Mingia is an experienced executive in the behavioral health field, currently serving as the Executive Director of The Healing Place since April 2022. Prior roles include Director of Behavioral Health Wilmington at RHA Health Services, LLC, and Director of Business Development at Brynn Marr Hospital. Brian has a strong background in community liaison work, having effectively coordinated care for chronic behavioral health patients and developed marketing strategies to increase mental health assessments. Academic qualifications include a Master of Health Administration from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and dual Bachelor's degrees in Business and Economics and Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and North Carolina State University, respectively.
