Kathleen Legault Whitchurch

Kathleen Legault Whitchurch is a certified massage therapist with extensive experience in therapeutic practices, including deep tissue, prenatal/postnatal massage, and myofascial release, currently working at The Healing Tree since October 2014. Additionally, Kathleen has been involved in Thai healing arts since 2010, having studied under Damion Bond and further deepening skills in Thailand. As a dancer and choreographer with Ground Zero Dance since May 2000, Kathleen emphasizes the expressive power of dance. Formerly, Kathleen held administrative roles at Virginia Commonwealth University from 2005 to 2010, where responsibilities included fiscal management, event coordination, and teaching movement courses. Kathleen's academic background includes a National Certification in Massage Therapy, an MFA in Performance Pedagogy, and a BA in History with Secondary Education.
