Nicci Weber

Nicci Weber is the current Vice President of Human Resources and Administrative Services at The Health Collaborative. Nicci has over nineteen years of experience in the medical staffing industry. Ms. Weber started their career as an Area Manager with CareerStaff Unlimited, Inc in February 2001. In this role, they were responsible for leading the operations of an office generating over $2,000,000 in annual revenue and $500,000+ in net profit. Additionally, Ms. Weber was responsible for hiring and managing sales, recruiting and administrative staff for the office, developing and implementing strategic business plans, conducting market research, directing sales and recruiting activity, and creating training manuals. Ms. Weber was awarded "Most Improved Business Results" and "President's Club" twice during their nine years with CareerStaff Unlimited, Inc.

In March 2013, Ms. Weber transitioned to The Health Collaborative/Greater Cincinnati Health Council/HealthBridge as the Organization Development Manager. In this role, they were responsible for leading organizational development initiatives across all three entities. Ms. Weber successfully implemented a retention and "on-boarding" program that led to top retention rates throughout The Health Collaborative/Greater Cincinnati Health Council/HealthBridge for all clinical staff.

Ms. Weber has been with The Health Collaborative since March 2013 and was promoted to Vice President of Human Resources and Administrative Services in December 2020. In this role, they are responsible for leading the human resources team and overseeing all administrative functions for The Health Collaborative.

Nicci Weber has a Master's degree in Human Resources Development from Xavier University, a Master of Science in Human Resource Development from Xavier University, and a Certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in Professional in Human Resources (PHR). Nicci attended Elder/Seton for their undergraduate degree and St. Dominic for their graduate degree.

Their manager is Craig Brammer, CEO. A direct report to Nicci Weber is and Julie Camele - Specialist, HR & Payroll. Nicci Weber works with Stephen Shepard - Project Manager, Jessica Skelton - Director, Emergency Preparedness, Response & Regional Healthcare Coordinator, and Lauren Bartoszek - Senior Manager, Population Health Strategies.
