Hardeep Aiden

Hardeep Aiden has a diverse work experience in research and policy roles. In 2011, they served as a Research and Policy Intern at CLIC Sargent. Hardeep then joined Scope in 2012, where they worked as a Research and Evidence Intern before being promoted to a Research Officer and later a Research Manager. In 2015, Hardeep worked as a Senior Researcher at the British Red Cross. Hardeep then moved on to the Equality and Human Rights Commission in 2017, where they held the position of Senior Research Associate until 2019. Hardeep's most recent role is as a Research Manager at The Health Foundation, which they started in April 2019.

Hardeep Aiden's education history begins with a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Mathematics from Imperial College London, which they obtained from 2001 to 2004. Hardeep then pursued their studies at the University of Oxford, where they completed a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Modern Japanese Studies from 2008 to 2009. Following this, Hardeep Aiden continued at the University of Oxford and obtained another MSc degree, this time in Comparative Social Policy, from 2009 to 2010. Finally, they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Social Policy at the University of Bristol from 2010 to 2019.
