Kimberly Hovish

Kimberly Hovish is an experienced Learning & Development professional currently serving as the Learning & Development Lead at The Health Foundation since May 2023, where strategic design and data-driven learning initiatives play a central role in enhancing employee performance. Prior to this, Kimberly worked as a Learning & Development Partner at the London Legacy Development Corporation, managing a comprehensive training calendar and implementing leadership development programs. Kimberly's career began at SOAS University of London, progressing from Staff Learning and Development Officer to Learning & Development Business Partner, providing tailored training and coaching for a large staff population. Additional experience includes roles at University College London and earlier positions focused on research and administration. Kimberly holds a Master's degree in Work Based Integrative Studies from the University of Liverpool and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Ball State University.
