Preeti Verma

Preeti Verma has extensive experience in Learning and Development and Human Resources, with a career spanning over 14 years. At Capco, from April 2014 to December 2018, Preeti held roles including Lead - Learning & Development, where responsibilities included overseeing the entire learning lifecycle and implementing strategies for various levels of employees, and Learning and Development Manager, focusing on the development and delivery of training programs. Additionally, as a Human Resources Business Partner, Preeti managed stakeholder relationships and handled performance appraisals and salary revisions. Prior to Capco, Preeti served as Recruitment Manager at Wizmatrix Consulting Pvt Ltd from April 2005 to July 2011, successfully managing the recruitment process for IT professionals. Preeti holds an LLB degree from ILS Law College, completed in January 2001.
