Tanya Royer has a diverse range of work experience spanning various sectors. Tanya started their career at NHS Islington Clinical Commissioning Group as the Head of Communications. In this role, they designed leadership and coaching sessions for GPs, organized conferences and fairs, and conducted community listening events.
Tanya then moved on to work at Medway NHS Foundation Trust as a Digital Content Editor, where they developed a digital strategy, created website content, and implemented branding and accessibility guidelines.
