Jason Delong, MBA, currently serves as Manager of Provider Data Quality at The Health Plan since March 2018, overseeing provider data management and ensuring compliance with various regulatory standards. Previously, Jason held multiple roles within The Health Plan, including Provider Data Quality Coordinator and Provider Data Quality Representative, where responsibilities included training staff and maintaining accurate provider records. Jason also worked as an Employer Services Representative and Customer Service Representative, addressing inquiries from employer groups and members. In addition to their role at The Health Plan, Jason participated in the Generation West Virginia Leadership Fellowship, a program focused on leadership development. Prior to these positions, Jason worked at WesBanco as an Insurance & Tax Monitoring Associate. Jason holds an MBA in Healthcare Management and a Bachelor of Science in Health/Health Care Administration/Management, both from West Liberty University.
