Vicki Pennybacker

Vicki Pennybacker has a diverse work experience, primarily within the healthcare industry. Vicki started their career in 1993 as a Crisis Residential Unit Case Manager at Northwood Health Systems and worked there until 1997. Vicki then joined Easter Seals Rehabilitation Center as a Social Worker for a year before moving on to The Health Plan of the Upper Ohio Valley.

At The Health Plan of the Upper Ohio Valley, Vicki held various roles from 1998 to 2014. Vicki started as an HCC Data Coordinator and Health Data Analyst, a position they held for 14 years before transitioning to the role of Government Programs Liaison and Health Data Analyst for a year.

In 2014, Vicki joined The Health Plan, where they served as the Manager of Compliance and Auditing until 2016, when they were promoted to Director of Medicare Operations. Vicki held this position until the beginning of 2020, when they became the Vice President of Medicare at The Health Plan.

Vicki Pennybacker obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Community Psychology from Fairmont State University in the years 1989 to 1993.
