Tomek Wilczak is an experienced professional with a diverse background in product ownership, no-code development, and event management. Currently serving as a Product Owner and No-code Developer at The Heart since August 2020, Tomek specializes in creating product requirements and overseeing software development processes. As the Owner and Event Manager of Enigma Room since September 2014, Tomek has organized integration games for large groups and founded one of Poland's first escape room companies, serving over 23,000 customers. Previously, Tomek held roles at Tandu as Product Owner and No-code Developer, managing innovative projects for children, and at Millennium Bank as Project Manager for Internet banking functionalities. Additionally, Tomek has experience in hotel management and internet marketing. Educational qualifications include a Master’s and MBA from the University of North Florida, along with an MA in International Management from the University of Warsaw.
