Kat Sprowell

Kat Sprowell serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Hello Period™ since October 2022, focusing on enhancing menstrual health for individuals and environmental sustainability. Prior to this role, Kat was the Head of Competition & Business Affairs at World of WearableArt Ltd from May 2017 to October 2022, overseeing an international wearable art competition and managing a permanent collection of garments. From 2008 to 2017, Kat contributed to the Royal New Zealand Ballet as the Artistic, HR, and Corporate Services Manager, where oversight of artistic and corporate functions supported the organization's leadership. Kat previously worked at Penthouse Cinema & Cafe as Theatre Manager from 1998 to 2008, facilitating significant business growth, and held various roles at the Royal New Zealand Ballet and New Zealand Dairy Board in the 1990s.
