Crystal Haley Ramon, SHRM-SCP

Crystal Haley Ramon, SHRM-SCP has a wealth of experience in Human Resources and Operations Management. Crystal began their career in 2014 as an Operations Manager at Planet Fitness, where they were responsible for preparing reports for management, sourcing, screening, interviewing and referring qualified candidates, and conducting and coordinating pre-employment procedures. In 2015, they moved to LA Fitness as an Operations Manager, where they sourced, screened, interviewed, and hired qualified candidates, provided day to day performance management guidance, and provided conflict resolution to customers. In 2017, they joined ProScribe as a Human Resources Manager. Most recently, in 2021, they became the Director of People at The Helper Bees.

Crystal Haley Ramon obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Colorado State University Global between 2016 and 2017. In 2021, they obtained SHRM-SCP and SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certifications from SHRM. Crystal also holds a Human Resources Systems & Services certification from Colorado State University-Global Campus.
