Justin K. has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Justin started their career in 2003 as an Operations Manager and Recruiter for Maxim Healthcare Services. Justin then progressed to Program Manager, Director of Business Operations, and Director of Population Health Program Delivery. In 2020, they co-founded healthAlign and served as the Chief Operating Officer until the company was acquired by The Helper Bees in 2023. Currently, Justin is the Founder and Managing Member of Hangar 7 Advisors, LLC and the Vice President of Operations for The Helper Bees.
