Amy Louise Liedel

Amy Louise Liedel, MPA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in guest operations within cultural institutions. Since 1999, Amy has held various leadership roles at The Henry Ford, currently serving as the Senior Director of Guest Operations, where responsibilities include overseeing Guest Services, accessibility programming, and managing a team of ten leaders. Previous roles at The Henry Ford included Director of Guest Services & IMAX, Visitor Services Manager, and Call Center Manager, where significant improvements in operations and technology were implemented. Additionally, Amy served as an Instructor in Museum Studies at Central Michigan University and held supervisory positions at Cosi Toledo and the Art Center of Battle Creek. Amy holds a Master of Public Administration from The University of Toledo and a Bachelor of Science in History/Museum Studies from Central Michigan University.
